Welcome to The Stitch Witch, where we make the ancient art of needlepoint approachable, enjoyable, and genuinely fun. Whether you've never threaded a needle or just want to build a stronger foundation, our three-hour class will walk you through everything you need to get started and keep going.

What you'll learn

We start with the three essential stitches that form the backbone of all needlepoint work — the continental stitch, the basketweave stitch, and the tent stitch. You'll learn when to use each one, how they behave on the canvas, and why choosing the right stitch makes all the difference in your finished piece. From there, we introduce more complex stitches that build naturally off these three, opening the door to texture, dimension, and your own creative style.
